The T.S. Inclinometer can offer the TRANSPORT OPERATOR a dedicated safe tipping margin for his vehicles to tip, also it will allow him to include a maximum safe tipping angle which can be for one vehicle or across a fleet of vehicles. The maximum safe tipping angle can be included into the operators own health and safety standards for which he can notify his customers.

This should ensure that the customers carry out their own good house keeping practices to warrant the deliveries being unloaded safely. While each driver may not have the same experience in discharging tipper materials, the device controls all drivers to the same safety level of tipping.

The control box has an adjustable volume control for the audible warnings, however, should the angle reach the managers maximum safe setting then the alarm will sound, full volume, inside and outside the vehicle, and the volume control is disabled. For safety reasons, should anyone tamper with any part of the device to try and disable the inclinometer, the vehicle / trailer will be prevented from tipping.
